Scheduling
How do I request court reporter services?
Email scheduling@maricopareporting.com , call us at (480) 597-4744, or you can go directly to our website Maricopa Reporting – Court Reporting and Legal Videography and click on “Schedule a Depo” be sure to attach the proceeding’s notice, this will make your process faster.
We have a client portal, if you would like to set up your own account reach out to accounting@maricopareporting.com.
Do you provide additional services?
Yes! We have licensed in-house videographers and can arrange interpreters/translators for your convenience. We can help you locate hotel accommodation, provide local restaurant information, and provide directions, ask and we will be happy to assist you to make your experience as efficient and timely as possible!
Do you have conference rooms?
Yes, we have a Phoenix office location with conference rooms where your proceeding will go forward without any background noises or interruptions, here in Phoenix, Arizona within short driving distance of the Airport. We can also, locate conference rooms for any location you have in mind!
What types of legal proceedings do you provide court reporter services for?
We have highly experienced Court Reporters who cover trials, hearings, arbitrations, and depositions.
What areas do you cover?
What is your cancellation policy?
This can vary depending on what you are cancelling. We will never charge you a late cancel fee on remote links, but if you are cancelling a human resource (reporter, videographer, interpreter or technician), we may ask you to help accommodate for their lost work. Email us for more details!
Transcripts
How do I order a transcript if I did not advise the court reporter at the end of the legal proceeding?
Send an email to office@maricopareporting.com, include the case name, date of the legal proceeding and the witness’s name (if applicable).
What is the turnaround time on an ordered transcript?
Transcripts are provided within ten business days, if you need your transcript sooner, we can provide them as fast as same day! Please contact us for rate information!
What file format will my transcripts be in?
We provide a wide range of file types, from ASCII txt files, to pdf, and ptx. If you need a specific file type, email us and ask!
Billing
How do I pay my Invoice?
To ensure an easy process, you can pay directly from our website. Simply click the “Pay your Invoice” link and follow the instructions. If you are a client, email accounting@maricopareporting.com to obtain a user login and password to your own client portal, where you can review all your orders, invoices, schedule depositions, etc. We are happy to walk you or your paralegal through the process. If you prefer to pay by check, we are happy to provide you with a copy of our W9. Email us for more details!
Do you offer Third Party Billing?
Maricopa Reporting works with clients all the time to accommodate any special requirements and requests. Email accounting@maricopareporting.com to set up your billing preferences today!
